Puma by Hussein Chalayan Collection Launch

A night of Macaroons, Fashion.. did I mention Macaroons?

On Thursday Night I was invited to attend the Launch Party of the Puma by Hussein Chalayan Collection at Marais. Tucked upstairs inside Melbourne's chic Royal Arcade, Marais is a Luxury Designer Boutique retailing labels like Givenchy, Lanvin and now Puma by Hussein Chalayan.

Chalayan's Collection joins Puma's Black Label, which features exclusive collaborations combining Puma's famous Sports Fashion Aesthetic with contemporary Designers like Alexander McQueen and Mihara Yasuhiro.

Guests were able to view and purchase the collection whilst enjoying Sweet Cocktails inspired by Puma and Chalayan, Fresh Music, Turkish Catering by Lezzet and Macaroon Galore! These black macaroons were FAB, each had a little silver sparkle dusting on them as well as a yummy berry center! (remembering it all right now.. I wouldn't mind one now..) The Chalayan's collection is definitely on the 'sports couture' trend. All of the pieces are practical and fun with smart details like mesh, colour and prints. I had my eye on this Mens Spray jacket that had a Grey, White and Black print (picture below)
