LMFF 2013 | OPENING RUNWAY

It was is that time of the year... Fashion Week. Not that I really need an excuse to wear or buy anything new. L'Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival's runway program began with the David Jones Opening Runway, featuring the department store's impressive catalogue of designers including International designer and 'Queen of the Print' Mary Katrantzou. Spring/Summer 2013 looks by Josh Goot, Camilla and Marc and Bassike made a strong impression on the Runway against the international competition. Seeing a Katrantzou's designs in real life (as opposed to on style.com) was very impressive, the details and the prints are amazing. Shame she didn't get to show her latest A/W 2013 collection... back to style.com I go..
