It is officially the end of Summer, though I feel like it never really happened Heatwaves were compressed from weeks to a days, beach days did not exist this year. Maybe it is the combination of being busier and no longer having the luxury to simply  enjoy the weather whenever I want to. Days of light layers, plenty of skin and faint scent  of coconut oil. Opening your eyes after lying in the sun with everything looking blue. My Summer was definitely short.
