ROUTINE: BODY



 
 

This is my current BODY Routine 

Body ody ody ody ody... You get the gist. It's just as important as caring for your Face or Hair. Luckily the best thing about my body routine is that it's super simple but super effective in giving me fresh, smooth skin. 'I don't like nice fresh soft skin' said no one.  

  

STEP 1: OIL UP

In the shower, I lather my skin generously. The oil develops into a milk-like texture all over the skin. I let it all soak in before Step 2. 

  

STEP 2: SCRUB A DUB DUB

Before washing off the oil, I'll go over my entire body with an exfoliating glove. No need for a scrub, the glove does the job to help smooth over and buff out impurities.  

  

STEP 3: ACID TRIP

Out of the shower, after light pat dry, I'll apply some acid toner. Just for those stubborn areas. A good bit of AHAs to help with chicken skin or to avoid ingrown hairs. 

  

STEP 4: MORE OIL

All over them Elbows, Knees, Shoulders, all joints really. I focus on those areas and then with the moisturiser it'll spread out. I like a dry oil that absorbs quickly without leaving me feeling like an oil slick. 

  

STEP 5: MISTY MOIST MIST

The last step involves 2 Pumps. One for the top and the other for the bottom half. I love the light milky texture, it spreads easily over the body, mixing with the Jojoba oil. My body drinks it up without leaving me feeling sticky or smothered.
