British Actress Rebecca Hall lands first British fashion cover for the February copy of Harper's Bazaar for 2001. Hall's minimalist covers feature a lot of cleavage, with Hall in the classic fashion waist pose for the news stand cover and her in a chic white suit for the subscribers. A pretty good effort for a first fashion cover I love love love both covers, I'm eager to open a copy and see what's new in Harper's Bazaar UK for 2011.
