I
That's all, just I

I used to believe that when I got older I would create my identity and boom it was done. Stamped complete and that was that. As I get older and adulting becomes more and more real, other things come into focus. 'What is Right', 'What you should do', 'What others want'. The storm of others can whirl you away from your identity. Friends, Family and Relationships are important, and they are worth the effort but circling back to 'I' and 'Me' is just as important. That the notion of being selfish to stay in tune with your unique frequency though confronting reinstills your essence, identity and core. Owning your actions and being the first to advocate for yourself. My identity is as fluid as I want it to be, not to be definite or still. A circle of sorts.
