I am learning the best way to combat fear, stress, or being overwhelmed is to continue. Keep on rolling forward, as Eckhart Tolle describes the best way to defeat fear is through action. In these unpredictable times, it’s constant waves of lockdown, restrictions, fewer restrictions, and then another lockdown. It’s crazy to think that I don’t remember the last time I haven’t had a mask with me or felt conscious of the rules. As these waves continue, I can feel an accumulative strain of flux, and it is starting to wear on myself and others.  

The most we can do is to continue. Take every day as a new opportunity to seek new beginnings and hopefully encourage them my way. Fear and negativity tend to thrive when you are feeling slow or in a pause. With nothing to keep you occupied those thoughts can swoop in and affect you. What I am learning is all I need to do is to continue. Keep on keeping on, Don’t Stop.
