CURRENTLY: Jet lagged

I am Jet Lagged
It takes around 5 hours to fly from Melbourne out of Australia to Asia, Europe, etc... This makes average travel times between 7-24 hours... which is 'great' when you have a fear of flying... Another downside to long haul travel is that it can be insanely taxing on your bodily functions. Whenever I fly long haul my body tends to adjust well when I arrive at my destination. However, upon my return, I hit a wall; my Mind, Body and Essence become out of sync. In the past three weeks, I traveled to Europe, visited three countries then flew to Western Australia and finally home. Adjusting from 10, 9 and the 3-hour differences from Melbourne eventually takes its toll. I'm waiting for solid sleep...
