HOMEOPLASMINE Multi-Purpose Repair Ointment
Claims: Homeoplasmine is a homeopathic ointment made for skin irritations, containing extracts of plants and an antiseptic. The rich texture is antiseptic, decongesting and repairing, working to alleviate irritation and restore calm into the skin.
Thoughts: I use this two ways. One when I have cracked the side of my lip (ouch I know) and second as a lip mask at night. Now I don't like tube lip balms, merely for hygiene reasons but in these instances, it's done my bathroom and not on the go. It is similar to the lip balm stick, the formula is rich enough to hydrate without wiping off easily. It isn't sticky like other lip masks which is a major plus for me. There is nothing fun when you get stuck on your lips at night. The tube also lacks the vanilla scent the stick formula has. The good thing about this ointment is that it is multiuse, so other than my lips you can use it for irritations and when I fly I'll put some around my nose also.
Worth It? Repeat?: Other than the fact that this is hard to get, I would grab a few tubes the next time in Paris. It's a good all-rounder to keep in the bathroom or travel kit.
